Preface
Service technicians in the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning sector not
only must have good technical skills but also should be able to advise customers
and to handle customer orders on their own. In order to reach this objective,
a special training in communication and sales techniques is necessary. Service
technicians who take part in such a training, not only improve their own skills
but also can use these newly acquired skills in order to help to secure additional
customer orders for their companies. The present module "Communication & Customer
advisory" offers an introduction into this subject.
